Refund & Return Policy

At DinosaurBrew, we take pride in the quality of our roasts. Because coffee is a perishable food product, we have specific guidelines to ensure safety and quality for all our customers.


Eligibility for Returns

We offer a refund or exchange only under the following conditions:

  • Status: The coffee bag must be sealed and unopened. We cannot accept returns on coffee that has been opened, even if only a small amount was used.

  • Timeframe: Returns must be initiated within 14 days (two weeks) of the original purchase date.

  • Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or order number is required for all returns.

How to Start a Return

To begin the process, please contact us at support@dinosaurbrew.com with your order details. Once your return is authorized:

  1. Pack the unopened bag securely.

  2. Ship the item back to our roasting facility (return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error).

  3. Once received and inspected, we will process your refund to the original payment method.


Note: Shipping fees from the original order are non-refundable. If you received the wrong item or your package was damaged during transit, please let us know immediately so we can make it right.
