Thank you for choosing DinosaurBrew.com. We are committed to delivering our freshly roasted coffee from Glen Rose, Texas, straight to your door as efficiently as possible.

Order Processing

  • Roasting Schedule: To ensure maximum freshness, our coffee is roasted in small batches normally the day of or the day following your order.

  • Handling Time: Most orders, after roasting, are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days.

  • Business Days: Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays.

Domestic Shipping Rates & Estimates

  • Standard Shipping: We offer flat-rate shipping options calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and your location.

  • Free Shipping: All of our coffees and teas feature free ground freight within the contiguous 48 United States.

  • Delivery Time: Once shipped, standard domestic orders typically arrive within 3–7 business days.

Shipping Carriers

We primarily use USPS and UPS to ensure reliable delivery. You will receive a notification with a tracking number as soon as your order leaves our facility.

Local Delivery & Pickup

At this time, we operate exclusively as an online store. All orders must be shipped to a valid physical address or P.O. Box.

International Shipping

Currently, we only ship within the United States. We hope to expand our delivery footprint to dinosaur lovers worldwide in the future.

Damages & Missing Packages

DinosaurBrew.com is not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping. However, if you receive your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

  • Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Note: Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We cannot redirect packages once they have been handed over to the carrier.
