Unearthed from the volcanic highlands of west Glen Rose, Chalk Mountain Mud is a force of nature. This isn't your average cup—it’s a complex, multi-layered experience where dark, molten chocolate meets the wild, herbal bite of the Kintamani jungle. Meticulously processed by traditional Subak Abian farmers, it’s a coffee with a footprint as big as its flavor.

Actual Origin: Kintamani Highlands, Central Bali, Indonesia

The Terroir: Grown in ancient Volcanic Loam at altitudes up to 1600 MASL, where the rich soil of the "Island of the Gods" creates a prehistoric depth of flavor.

The "Fossilized" Taste Profile

• The Foundation: Deep, heavy notes of Baker’s Chocolate and Molasses provide a thick, syrupy "tar pit" sweetness.
• The Wild Edge: A sharp, zesty brightness of Orange Peel reminiscent of a tropical jungle canopy.
• The Forest Floor: Distinctive herbal notes of Juniper and cedar, characteristic of the unique "wet-hulled" processing from Bali.
