The Herd (Growers) Cultivated by a dedicated pack of Smallholder Farmers from the Sidama territory. These legends work the land with the precision of a Raptor on the hunt.

The Genetic Code (Variety) This isn't some new-age hybrid. These are Indigenous Heirloom Cultivars, the "Old Ones" of the coffee world, carrying the ancient DNA of the original Ethiopian forests.

The Feeding Grounds (Region) Sourced directly from the Sidama Zone, Ethiopia. This is the Fertile Valley of coffee, the ancestral nesting ground where the magic began.

The Peak Altitude Grown at a towering 1700-1900 Meters. Up here, the air is thin and the Brachiosaurus-sized views lead to denser, more flavorful beans.

The Bedrock (Soil Type) Nurtured in deep, red Nitisols. This nutrient-dense volcanic earth is the perfect fossil-fuel for high-quality coffee cherries.

The Fossilization Process This is a Full Natural process. Each cherry is meticulously sorted by hand—no clumsy claws allowed—and dried on raised beds under the scorching sun until the flavors are perfectly preserved.
