This "High-Altitude Habitat" ensures the beans develop a dense, fossil-tough complexity before they ever hit the roaster.

The Lineage (Variety): A powerful genetic trifecta of Typica, Catimor and Bourbon. Think of this as the "Apex Predator" of blends—combining ancient, heirloom resilience with a flavor profile that has survived the test of time.

The Metamorphosis (Process): This is a Washed process coffee, meaning the cherry skins were stripped away as cleanly as a scavenger picks a carcass. This "Primal Wash" leaves behind nothing but the pure, unadulterated essence of the bean.

The Bite (Tasting Notes): Expect a Medium Acidity that hits the palate with a "Raptor-Sharp" zing of Lemon, followed immediately by a Creamy Body as smooth as a Diplodocus’s stride. The finish is buried deep in layers of Brown Sugar and Dark Chocolate, providing a rich, "Deep-Earth" sweetness that lingers long after the Cretaceous period ended.
